Wissam is born in July 1987 Tripoli/Libya, used a computer for the first time in 1995, and got a Degree of Bachelor (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering in 2008, currently studying programming at university and working as a web administrator for local companies and agencies "Government included", as a web designer/developer "Self-Employed", and IT administrator of LNOTP.
Wissam is proudly a member of Ubunu Loco Team of Libya driven by his passion and love to Linux operating system and taking it as his primary development OS.
