The Result, A Happy Life
I organized my sleeping on the natural way, it seems the best of all, I sleep at 12-1 and wake up at 7-8, but I had to give up sleeping on the evening, it's the main reason for sleeping and waking problems, my boss is happy, I am freelancing and that's going good also, and I am finishing my robot project as I am working on the control chip and the programming.

7 to 8 hrs sleep is necessary.

Its a nice article with too much info about health. however we all knows that it is very essential to take sleep for minimum 8 hours.
